CPHI Programs - Homeless Programs

Family Resource Center

Community Partnership For Homeless Family Resource CenterThe Family Resource Center is a part of the multi-disciplinary team approach of Community Partnership for Homeless to provide at-risk youth ages 5-17 and their parents with a continuum progressing from front-end opportunities for success to deep-end recovery linkage efforts. The Family Resource Center seeks to work with 250 children and 50 parents who currently reside in one of Community Partnership’s two Homeless Assistance Centers. The neighborhood partners, staff, administrators, and most importantly, the participants themselves have enthusiastically received the implementation of this program. Services in this project are provided to all races, ethnic genders and to persons with diversified physical abilities in three languages (English, Spanish, and Creole).
