Fabulous fashion launches Womenade of Miami to benefit homeless women “Sex in the City” stylist Danny Santiago and C. Madeleine stage for rebuilding lives

MIAMI – May 8th, 2010 – High fashion through the ages sizzled on Saturday, May 8, when C. Madeleine’s boutique and “Sex in the City” stylist Danny Santiago produced a vintage showcase to benefit homeless women in Miami.

Looks spanning the 1920s through the 1970s were creatively revived on the runway at the Viceroy Hotel to celebrate the inauguration of Womenade of Miami’s community wide campaign and partnership with Community Partnership for Homeless (CPH).

Funds raised from ticket sales and a silent auction will provide critical resources to help Community Partnership for Homeless continue to offer healthcare, dental care, daycare, after school care, case management, job and housing placement, and many other services right on-site to women and families.

Sponsors for the event were C. Madeleine’s Vintage Boutique, RikRak Salon, Viceroy Miami Hotel and DSW - Designer Shoe Warehouse.
