Circus and Physical Theatre workshops Miami Performing Arts Center March 19, 2005 - Miami Performing Arts Center, in partnership with Wise Fool, a physical theatre company based in New Mexico, provided a five-week series of Circus and Physical Theatre workshops for the children of the Family Resource Center and other select community agencies. These workshops taught our students a variety of circus skills, while encouraging creativity, promoting physical fitness and building confidence and self-esteem. This program culminated in a gala circus performance by the children from all participating agencies. This "Walking Tall Circus" took place before a crowd of 350 people on March 19 at Miami's Griffing Park.
